fantastic spot near parks and city landmarks

I had a great stay with easy access to Bute Park just a short walk away, and I loved being so close to the impressive Cardiff Castle for my afternoon strolls. The room was cozy and well-appointed, perfect for a solo traveler, but the lack of an elevator could be challenging for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

I loved the charming decor and the staff were super kind! 😊 Only downside was the street noise at night, but overall, a cozy stay.

The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, with a spacious bathroom and excellent amenities, including a flat-screen TV and coffee-making facilities. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay very enjoyable.

The breakfast options were limited.

More seating in common areas would be beneficial.

Fantastic location, warm welcome, great shower!

Had a great time with friends! We visited the Castle and enjoyed shopping nearby. The room was clean and comfy and the staff were friendly. Definitely a solid spot for groups looking to chill. Just make sure to check breakfast times before you plan your morning.

Cozy but noisy stay

I spent two nights while on a business trip. The staff were super friendly and the room was huge and fresh. But man, that road noise was a killer! the shower was just lukewarm, which was a bummer after all day meetings. The hotel has a nice bar area too, which was a nice touch.
